Matt and I were married in 2007 and jumped right into the world of cattle ranching. We have loved this journey. It is such a great way to raise a family, and we thank God we are able to do this every day. I am a stay-at-home mom to five, and I love my job. I am so thankful I am able to stay home with them and help Matt with the farm. We also homeschool our kids and love the gift the time of being together has given us as a family. Here is a little about each of our kids:
Clarence is the oldest at twelve, and he loves our ranching lifestyle with his whole being. From the minute he wakes up in the morning, until he passes out on the couch at night, he is busy hatching out chicks, feeding chickens and gathering eggs, checking cows, and helping Matt wherever he is needed. He’s such a huge helper and we are so thankful for his willing attitude.
Adina is ten and such a great girl. She loves being a helper…she is happy to help out wherever we need her, which is most often with little Betsy and doing odd chores around the house. She’s a cheerful girl and such a fun person to be around.
Clifford is eight. He loves being active…riding bike, jumping on the trampoline, etc. He is also so willing to help out in the barn with the cows and is learning so much about how to move cows through the chute. Clifford is a great kid and so fun to be around – he’s always up for an adventure!
Clancy is six and a half. He likes to be as busy as Clifford and Clarence and never wants to be left out. He’s really grown up in the last year and is now starting to help with a great attitude, which is such a blessing! He loves to be included and never wants to miss a 4-wheeler ride!
Our sweet and beautiful Betsy Jeanette went home to be with Jesus on February 20th at 3 1/2 years old. She was such a darling happy girl and is so deeply missed by us all. She was the one who loved all these puppies the most.
